The bags are small, and replacement bags are impossible to find. Plus, the long internal suction tube clogs easily, and hard to clear out.I'm an owner/operator of a carpet cleaning business and have owned many vacuums over 22 years in business. This is by far the worst vacuum I have purchased. I thought having 2 motors it would perform good, but what a disappointment. The brush barely touches the carpet or vacuums anything up. On a hard surface its okay, the onboard tools to do edges work well, but vacuuming carpets is terrible. I've used cheap, one motor vacuums that work far better than this crap. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
