I got hooked on cordless vacuums a few years ago, but have had challenges with effectiveness and battery-charge length. This model is IT! I use it in the first level of my home. This includes two bedrooms, a living room, a family room, and a kitchen that have wood floors. It also has a laundry room, two bathrooms, and a hearth that are tiled. most of my throw rugs are the very thin, washable modern type. I also have one wool rug with a 3/4-inch pile that it vacuums very well. I have a medium-sized dog with long, thick hair that sheds periodically.This powerful stick vacuum takes care of all these surfaces. It will do all seven rooms plus the stairs with one charge. It has never run out of me while I used it. the head of the vacuum is very wide and easy to clean after each use. The LED display lets me know which mode it is in. It is light and easy to carry arround. The filter is washable and everything is easy to disassemble, clean, and reassemble. I keep a heavy canister vacuum upstairs because we have two carpeted bedrooms up there, but it weighs four times as much, is awkward to use, and has a cord. I just leave it there.I like the light that helps me see the dirt and dog hair, too. I am very happy that I got this hard-working tool. I have purchased from Orfeld before. They are very responsive in regard to trouble-shooting for problems and honor their warranties. This model is worth the extra money for additional features, battery lenght and suction power.9/3 - UpdateReceived notification from Seller to clean the tube. No mention of oversight in listing this clean-up process in their instructions. Still love the vacuum but really dislike the design of the collection bin. I would be over the moon with this machine if you could simply open and dump the collected items.8/11-UpdateStill like this little vacuum. In particular, the pivot head. One of the things I dislike...Emptying the clear bin.. I have 3 dogs and the hair gets packed into this little bin and around the blue filter. You have to use your hand or some other apparatus (I use a wood skewer) to remove the hair or take it apart to clean...every single time. Today, I noticed what appeared to be reduced suction. In taking it apart, I notice that the telescoping tube was "packed" with dog hair and dust. Nowhere in the instructions does it mention the possibility of hair accumulating in the tube. Is this a malfunction I wonder? Am I missing something here?Based on a recommendation from my sibling, I ordered this yesterday and received today. The vacuum was packed very nicely and I noticed that the overall feel of each component felt sturdy and not flimsy. It was easy to assemble and had partial power so I fired it up for a test. Wow, very impressive. I have 3 dogs who leave fur all over the hardwood floors. Every day I had to drag out my wet/dry vacuum, plug it in and drag the vacuum throughout the house which requires replugging into various outlets. Afterward, I have to partially disassemble to store. The sound of the vacuum is so loud it scares the dogs. What a pain. This product stores right on the wall, no breakdown is required, no cords....yea! It is quiet and sucks up the fur, and the swivel head really makes getting in difficult spaces so much easier. I didn't use the "turbo" yet since I didn't need it. It was also very easy to clear. Who doesn't love a product that makes chores less of a hassle? Yup, I can see that I am going to bond with this product very quickly.Here is my review:Pros-1.Arrived in a smallish box.2. Was easy to assemble.3. The battery was charged out of the box, allowing me to give it a try.4. SUPER lightweight- Im talking feather light.5. Excellent suction on multiple floor types- tile, wood and Turkish rigs w low pile.Cons1.The mechanism to attach the handle to the battery pack takes a little finagling to get into place.2. The vacuum debris tank also took a bit of trial and error to figure the exact fit after emptying debris.Not checked yet:1. Battery life2. Attachments3. Ease of cleaning the roller brushOverall, out-of-the-box, I can say I appreciate this vacuum. At the price-point of 109$, I am considering purchasing one for each floor of my multi-level home.Bin 1,80m. Das Gerät erreicht gerade so den Boden, wenn ich es in der Hand- und gerade runter neben meinem Fuß halte. Bewege ich es um 5cm + von meinem Fuß weg, muss ich mich bücken, oder krümmen. Einfach zu klein und somit unbrauchbar. Gibt keine verstellmöglickeit.Wer 1,70m ist, dem wird die größe wohl ausreichen. Aber für jemanden der 1,80m ist.Man sollte den Sauger doch zumindest mal 10-15cm weg bewegen dürfen, ohne sich großartig krum machen zu müssen. Bewertungen sind anscheinend auch nicht mehr das Wert, was sie mal waren. Werde mir nun doch wieder den holen, den ich für meinen Hauptwohnsitz geholt hatte, für 400€ +. Wenig ausgeben hört sich zwar gut an, sich dann aber ständig darüber zu ärgern und den Restbetrag mit seinen Nerven zu zahlen, über Jahre... Naja, muss jeder selber wissen. Für mich ist es ein NoGo und unnötig, werde es leider zurückschicken müssen.Ja ich habe ihn nur auf kurzfloorigen Teppichen verwendet,selbst mit der zugeschalteten Energie musste ich ewig hin und her eh nur annähernd ein Ergebnis zu sehen ist,wenn ich nicht so faul wär würde ich ihn zurückschicken.Habe ihn nach den Bewertungen ausgesucht-also die können nicht real sein.Nach dem ich erst einen Handstaubsauger für 30 Euro zurückschickte wegen katastroph. Saugleistung,bestellte ich den ORFELD EV-679 für 119 Euro. Schon die gesamte Verpackung war 1A.Zusammenbau war kein grosses Problem. Nur die Walzenbürste war ein wenig problem.Schade das es in der Hauptsache keine Standhalterung gibt, die Wandhalterung ist für Mietwohnungen nicht unbeding ideal... Was die Saugleistung und Geräusch angeht einfach super beim 1. Versuch.Laden des Akkus mit 3-4 Std. auch noch o.k. Zur Leistung des Akkus kann ich noch nichts sagen, da beim 1.Versuch nur ca. 5 Minuten gesaugt wurde. Ich bin Überzeugt das ich einen guten Kauf getätigt habe.Ich bin wirklich positiv überrascht. Nachdem unser Dyson nach zig Jahren den Geist aufgegeben hatte, war es Zeit für einen neuen und leichten Staubsauger. Die Marke ORFELD sagte uns nichts, aber nach einer kurzen Recherche haben wir es einfach mal gewagt. Der Karton war überraschend klein, dass Unboxing glich einem von Apple. Das Gewicht ist wirklich leicht und die Saugleistung passt. Das Zubehör Bürstenaufsatz, Ersatzfilter und Halterung sind minimal, aber ausreichend. Wenn er jetzt noch lange hält, wird sich der Versuch als Gewinn herausstellen.
